I have been training with Thomas for almost 2 years now; I lost 4 sizes, and 25 pounds, and then became pregnant. During my pregnancy, while taking safe measures Thomas pushed me just enough to keep me healthy and to stay in shape. I was constantly receiving compliments on how great I looked and how the baby weight I gained was only in my stomach. I trained with him till the end of my pregnancy, and total I only gained 20 pounds. Thomas has confidence in me when I don't have confidence in myself and that really means a lot. He is very professional and flexible with his schedule. He has made our sessions a lot of fun and it is something I actually look forward to. It's definitely a great investment and well worth the money. Anybody would be lucky to have Thomas as a trainer.

I woke up one morning and said to myself “I am tired of feeling bad, lazy and fat. I want more energy and mostly I want to feel good.” It was at that point I decided I was ready to change. I knew from 40 years of experience I could not do it alone. I needed someone to guide and motivate me. I knew I needed a trainer, someone to make me accountable. I wanted someone who would listen to my needs and wants. I was introduced to Thomas. The first meeting we discussed what I wanted to achieve. I wanted to get off my butt and enjoy life. I was tired of being lazy with no energy. I knew the byproduct of this would be weight loss. Weight loss generates self esteem. Self esteem builds self confidence.  Thomas listened to me and came up with a plan to help me reach my goals. He motivated me at every session to improve from the last session. He helped me plan meals. He always gave me tips on my diet and exercises I could do at home. He always seemed to know what I needed to hear.  Today I feel good, have energy and have lost over 25 pounds. I want to thank Thomas for all the support, and help he has given to me.  He has given me the tools (knowledge and motivation) to achieve my goals.

When I first started training with Thomas I was about 150 pounds. After several months I was a solid 200 pounds and I owe it all to him. Thomas is fun and enjoyable while being tough and serious in helping to achieve your physical goals. He never just told me to lift this and do that he educated me on everything from your body to your diet and proper form. During the 8 1/2 months that I had Thomas as a trainer, Thomas gave me the tools and knowledge I would need to obtain my health goals.  Thomas took into account what I wanted to achieve and guided me through the steps it would take both physically and mentally to obtain those goals.  When I first met Thomas, I was just trying to "get in better shape".  After working with Thomas for the first couple of weeks, he made me realize that "getting in better shape" is not just showing up at the gym.  Not only did he teach me how to change my physical appearance, but he showed me how to change the way I thought about health and nutrition altogether. At age 37, I am in better shape than I was when I was at 20, and I can thank Thomas for that.
